Get Active Easily

It’s easier than you think to get into a regular fitness habit - you don’t even need to join a gym or buy equipment.

Some physical activity is better than none, and the more you do, the more health benefits you get.

Most health benefits occur with at least 30 minutes moderate activity 5 days a week, for example being able to walk a mile in 15 minutes.

I wholeheartedly support Victoria's CARDIO TENNIS program and encourage members to participate.

The classes are filling quickly, so don't delay signing up.

Victoria has two sessions available :
Thursday at 11.30am

Starting on the 30th of January. The term will be 6 weeks long with the exception of the midterm break.

Price is €60 paid on the first day.

PLEASE NOTE ONLY 2 PLACES LEFT AT THIS TIME!!!

Tuesdays at 7pm

Starting on the 4th of February. The term will be 5 weeks long with the exception of the midterm break.

Price is €50 paid on the first day.
